Negroni
The Negroni is a strong, bittersweet cocktail made with equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
A true “sipping cocktail” for those who enjoy robust, mature flavours. Often consumed as an aperitif.
Ingredients
30 ml Yellowhammer London Dry gin
30 ml Campari
30 ml sweet vermouth
Ice cubes
Orange peel
Preparation
Fill a tumbler with large ice cubes
Pour the Yellowhammer gin over the ice cubes
Pour the Campari into the glass followed by the sweet vermouth
Stir briefly
Garnish with an orange peel.
